Right -- and in so doing, prove that they are either prefabricators, or fearful of the bigoted mindless media, or have no regard for Article II of the Constitution, or all of the above.
You make a sound argument for the legitimacy of the NBC issue when taken from that perspective. Yours is one of the more concise statements I’ve seen.
Thanks for not calling me troll. :)
Exactly! I think you mean Alinsky. Use their own questions against them.
Yeah - him too;) LOL!!!
Congratulate me, Loren.
I finally figured out the best way to respond to an arrogant, egotistical, condescending, imbecilic, bald-faced liar and fraud who passes off the work of others as his own, without attribution and without knowing what any of it means, while pretending to be an expert on the subject of Obama’s birth narrative, but whose sum-total of knowledge and experience on the subject is whatever Factcheck, Politifact, Obama, and Hawaii have said.
Want to know how?
The question to be put to politicians( as well as many others) is “ Do you believe that Obama’s father was a Kenyan citizen?”. The answer just might get the person closer to why Obama is not Constitutionally eligible for the office of POTUSA.

The medium is the message.
Bwahahahahahaha ... one of the best!
What did she have to gain by lying?
A: Assured U.S. Citizenship for her grandson, Barack Hussein 0bama, who otherwise could be a subject of the Queen of England, via Kenya as a colony of the Crown in 1961 (IIRC).
How do we know it was Granny who filed the paperwork?
Nonsense. As the minor child of a US citizen, Obama Jr. would have been eligibile for naturalization upon his return to the USA, even if had he been born abroad and not received US citizenship at birth. There was no need to fraudulantly register his birth. See my profile for the relevant sections of immigration law in effect at the time.
Now why would Grandma Dunham, a respected bank manager, risk a felony fraud conviction to obtain citizenship for her grandson, when same could easily be obtained through legal means?
‘Cause she wasn’t thoroughly familiar with the ins-and-outs of naturalization law. She was just covering the bases as requested by her daughter in absentia.
This is possible. It may or may not have occurred. We just can’t tell unless we see a full Birth Certificate.
Let’s just turn the questioning around for a moment:
Why has 0bama spent millions avoiding the release of his full birth certificate, when about a $12 filing fee would get him a certified copy from the government?
What is he hiding?
If you want to play Q&A all day, answer me that, Batman!
This is all very simple. Show us the paperwork, and we’ll go away. Not a problem. Where is a good full Birth Certificate with the Doctor’s signature? I’ve got one.
I personally think the answer is that there is something else totally wacky with the real Birth Certificate, like the Commie Drug Dealer Frank Davis is his real father.
That would explain how 0bummer could have all the documentation of being born in Hawaii, but still not want to release the full Birth Certificate.
But the coverup’s the thing. As long as they cover it up, one can just keep guessing at what they’re hiding! Good fun!
I see. So she was familiar enough with the ins and outs of immigration and nationality law to know that her daughter was too young to pass on her citizenship to her grandson, and yet she wasn't familiar enough to know he was eligible for naturalization.
Furthermore, even though she was a highly educated bank manager, she somehow didn't think to consult an immigration lawyer to find out her options. Instead, she decided to risk her career and freedom by committing felony fraud for no good reason.
Yeah, that's really plausible./sarcasm
This is possible.
Yes, in the same sense that anything is possible.
It may or may not have occurred. We just cant tell unless we see a full Birth Certificate.
And how, exactly, would the long-form help prove or disprove your fraud scenario?
Why has 0bama spent millions avoiding the release of his full birth certificate,
He hasn't.
when about a $12 filing fee would get him a certified copy from the government?
If you send $12 to the Hawaiian DOH, you get the short form that he displayed online. Hawaii says they don't routinely issue short forms.
What is he hiding?
I doubt he's hiding anything, since there is nothing on the long form that could possibly disqualify him from the office. Furthermore, I don't see any field on the Hawaii long form that could possibly embarras him.
Instead, I think he's stringing you birthers along because you amuse him. This is all very simple. Show us the paperwork, and well go away.
What makes you think he wants you to go away?
Where is a good full Birth Certificate with the Doctors signature?
How exactly is that signature relevant to his eligbility?

That's can't be the case because the short form also lists the father, and it's not Davis.
That would explain how 0bummer could have all the documentation of being born in Hawaii, but still not want to release the full Birth Certificate.
How do you know he has a long form? The state doesn't usually issue them any more, and the short for is just as good for anything he'd need a long form form.
As long as they cover it up, one can just keep guessing at what theyre hiding! Good fun!
I suspect it's as much fun for him as it is for you.
You fail to appreciate the foresight of Ann Dunham. Sure, she could've made sure her son was a US citizen by other means, but 18-year-old Ann Dunham was well-versed in the intricacies of Constitutional citizenship law, and knew that those other avenues might risk sacrificing her son's status as a natural born citizen.
Granted, most mothers wouldn't be concerned with such a distinction, but Ann Dunham wanted to preserve her son's Presidential eligibility should he decide to run fifty years later. This was very important to her, because in 1961, she knew that the interracial child of an African exchange student had SUCH a strong chance of becoming President, and she wasn't going to sacrifice that.
Now, you might point out that if she was so concerned about making sure her son was a natural born citizen, she could've accomplished this by, well, not leaving Hawaii in the first place. But you see, she had to go to Kenya. Secretly. Why? Because she really wanted her son to be born in Kenya AND she wanted him to be a natural born US citizen. Some parents want everything for their children, I guess.
So here's what happened. Rather than simply have her baby at the American hospital a few miles from her home, Ann Dunham made a secret 10,000-mile trip halfway around the world to a third-world country she'd never been to before. Once there, she decided to travel in the opposite direction of the other people on the continent that she had any connections with. There she gave birth to her baby, at a hospital where the electricity was delivered by wires mounted to trees.
Meanwhile, back in Hawaii, Ann's parents get word that she's had her baby. Since they also firmly believe that their interracial grandbaby could be President one day, they go over to the vital records office and commit a little fraud, claiming that their daughter had a baby. Hawaii, being a stupid young state, gives them a birth certificate even though they haven't seen an actual baby or mother.
Back in Kenya, Ann packs up her things and smuggles her newborn baby back into the US. Once back in the US, she and her family then spend 50 years pretending that none of this ever happened. Ann is careful to destroy all evidence of her pregnant trip to Kenya, and never refers to it again.
And then the half-century of lies all fell apart when some folks on the internet started making up rumors that by pure coincidence just happened to reveal the secret truth behind it all.
See? It all fits together perfectly. And all you have to do is assume that all the players involved are psychic, insane, stupid, and/or fraudsters.
And it all makes so much more sense than the cover story: she had her baby at the local Honolulu hospital. Because, really, who could ever believe that?
