Grocery carts are among the most unsanitary objects around, so I’m not surprised these reusable bags are too. The fact they’re made from fiber could make them even worse.

So you use a reusable bag to save Mother Earth, and how does she thank you? She kills you with E-Coli. Go figure. Guess I'll go back to worshiping the Creator. The creation seems to lack compassion.

My boss had the brain storm to use only ceramic coffee cups and no more disposable Styrofoam.

So now, well all use the ceramic coffee cups which are heaped into the dishwasher on a regular basis. No one told her that we now run the (electric) dishwasher more often and longer and consume more water in the cup washing process. Just say’n.

Remember when they used to ask “paper or plastic” and then the eco-folks said plastic was better than paper? And the plastic bags would rip before you even got the groceries indoors (unless you double bagged them)?

And then the eco-folks concluded that the plastic bags were worse for the environment (I could always reuse the paper bags with my kitchen garbage) and did away with them?

This fad too shall pass.

PS never buy a used cellphone, too many people using them in the stalls to make this a safe call. Also something to consider when you borrow someone’s cellphone.

EEOOOUUUWWWWW! If you want reuable bags buy the canvas ones and wash them. I take plastic grocery sacks I get from other stores and wrap the raw meat before I put them down into my canvas bags and they get thrown out after that. The canvas gets washed.
