Why can't our MILITARY require he step down since Obama is trampling on our Constitution? That alone is reason for removal. We are experiencing tyranny as well. Obama is becoming a dictator and we politely sit on our hands when we are not wringing them.

There are constitutional means for removal. One is an election and the other is impeachment/trial.
When our military starts stepping in to remove an elected President, then we become no better than a Third World banana republic.

Don't be naive. When a military assumes political power, it is loathe to let it go. You wouldn't like the end result if the military did act.
A military coup, followed by a military dictatorship, is most assuredly not the answer to Obama.
Like it or not, he was elected President in 2008. So we're stuck with him until we get our chance to vote him out of office in 2012.
Like I've said before, this country deserves the government which it elects.

Because nothing in the Constitution or in law gives them that authority.
Because the oath is just ceremonial as Lt Col Larkin is finding out. Oath breakers abound in the land.
The military is placed under civilian authority and that is original Constitutional law. It would be unwise to ever change that.
