The military is placed under civilian authority and that is original Constitutional law. It would be unwise to ever change that.

So if we have the ground swell effort we’d both like to see ... if we can’t just throw him out, then the MILITARY would have to back up the civilian effort? How would this be determined that the majority of the civilian effort is in favor of this?
