Exactly. There's been some kind of report of Israel attacking Iran at least weekly for the last 5 years. Ain't happened yet and the longer it goes the less chance there is of it happening.
It's telling that after all the bluster, Iran backed-off challenging Israel's naval blockade of Gaza.
illegal unless the bird is really sick
Ha.... I stand corrected I mis spoke. He will never allow attack, but will likely counterattack.
My thought is that the only way to save his butt is to have a war. More folks will rally to the flag than demonstrate and burn it.
He will act in his own self interest. He could care less about the country.
That has occurred to me also. We would have to be openly involved in that war, though. We would be terrifically involved if it started with an Israeli attack on the Fleet and it would be to the Kenyan’s political advantage.

THE Daily Mail has learnt that Israel is massing warplanes in the Caucasus for an attack on Iran. Preparations are underway to launch the military attack from Azerbaijan and Georgia, reports Akhbar Al Khaleej, quoting military sources. It has been reported that Israel was, in fact, training pilots in Turkey to launch the strike and was smuggling planes into Georgia using Turkish airspace, according to the sources. It is appalling that, Turkey was unaware of Israels intention of transferring the planes to Georgia, the sources said. The unexpected crisis between Israel and Turkey following an Israeli commando raid on an aid flotilla bound for Gaza Strip hit Israeli calculations. Azerbaijan-based intelligence units, working under the cover of technicians, trainers and consultants, have helped with the preparations, the sources have revealed. Military equipment, mostly supplied by the US, was transported to a Georgian port via the Black Sea. Georgian coastguard and Israeli controllers are co-operating to hide the operations from Russian vessels, said the sources. They point out that according to Israel, it will not be in a position to launch a strike on Iran without using bases in Georgia and Azerbaijan due to the limited capabilities of its nuclear submarines stationed near the Iranian coast.
Meanwhile, Irans Press TV reported that a very large contingent of US ground forces had massed in Azerbaijan, near the Iranian border. The independent Azerbaijani news website Trend confirmed the report. Those reports came just days after the Pentagon confirmed that an unusually large fleet of US warships had indeed passed through Egypts Suez Canal en route to the Gulf. At least one Israeli warship reportedly joined the American armada. Irans Press TV also quoted Iranian Revolutionary Guard Brigadier General Mehdi Moini as saying that the countrys forces are mobilized and ready to face Israeli and American misadventures near its borders.Meanwhile, The Daily Mail has learnt from IRNA sources that Iran has cancelled plans to send an aid ship to the Gaza Strip as Israel had sent a letter to the UN saying that the presence of Iranian and Lebanese ships in the Gaza area will be considered a declaration of war on that regime and it will confront it. The US is apparently in knowledge of Israels plans since CIA Director Leon Panetta says Iran probably has enough low enough low-enriched uranium for two nuclear weapons, but that it likely would take two years to build the bombs. Panetta also says he is doubtful that recent U.N. penalties will put an end to Irans nuclear ambitions. He says the penalties could help to weaken Tehrans government by creating serious economic problems. But he adds, Will it deter them from their ambitions with regards to nuclear capability? Probably not. Panetta told ABCs This Week that there is some debate as to whether Iran will proceed with the bomb. Asked about a potential Israeli military strike on Irans nuclear facilities, Panetta hedged the issue by claiming that he thinks Israel is giving the U.S. room on the diplomatic and political fronts.Irans response is that it intended to punish the West for imposing new sanctions by delaying talks on its nuclear plans and warned inspections of its ships in connection with the program could provoke retaliation. President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad told a news conference that Iran was prepared to return to talks but only by the second half of the Muslim festival of Ramadan in late August. Its a punishment to teach them a lesson to know how to have a dialogue with nations, he said. The West suspects Irans nuclear program is designed to produce nuclear weapons but Tehran says it is for fuel and medical use. When asked what Iran would do if its ships were inspected, the hardliner president said: If they make the slightest mistake we will definitely retaliate. He did not elaborate. The Daily Mail opines that Israel would be in for a shock if it takes up the foolhardy route of attacking Iran as it is not going to treat the matter lightly and is fully capable of an effective riposte.
And who this publication is ...
The Daily Mail is an English daily, published from the Federal capital of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, by Makhdoom Babar who is also its Editor-in-Chief.
The Daily Mail was established some two years back but it started the regular publication from the 1st Jan 2002.
The launching team included just ten members, Makhdoom Babar (Editor-in-Chief/Chief Reporter & Editor Production), Khalid Awan (News Editor), Shakir Rao, Abdul Qaddus Minhas(Sub-Editors), Asmat Ullah Khan (System Administrator), Uzma Zafar (Reporter), Tahir Iqbal (Photographer) Imran Syed (Marketing Manager) Allah Rakha (Copy-Paster) and Fazaldad (Office Boy). But today it has strength of nearly seventy-two staff members at the head office, working day & night to give an excellent production to the valued readers.
Israel is not going to attack Iran without also taking out Hezzbollah, Syria, and Hamas and anybody else who gets in the way.
That sounds like the Psalm 83 war scenario ...
You mean Damascus will become a heap of ruins?
From today's forcast:
Iran is gearing up for war...
Isaiah 17:12-14
12 Woe to the multitude of many people Who make a noise like the roar of the seas, And to the rushing of nations That make a rushing like the rushing of mighty waters!
13 The nations will rush like the rushing of many waters; But God will rebuke them and they will flee far away, And be chased like the chaff of the mountains before the wind, Like a rolling thing before the whirlwind.
14 Then behold, at eventide, trouble! And before the morning, he is no more. This is the portion of those who plunder us, And the lot of those who rob us.
Thanks for the ping!
Curious.
And your conclusions therefore are . . .
