I’ll cut the old folks some slack. I have a 73 year old uncle who’s the same way. Some people are democrats from the old school and actually think the dem party today is the same as 50 years ago. They’re not paying attention. As a friend, a Viet Nam Vet Marine and life long democrat said to me not long ago, “The republican party never did anything for the working man.” This same guy hates Chavez. It’s hopeless with people like that.

I think America needs to ask themselves the following:

Would it be better to remove this President, because of what we are finding out about him and his plans and to find out later we were wrong? Or would it be better to leave him in office and find out later that we were right?

I met and talked to Rubenstein at Temple Un back in the mid-60’s. He was not only impressive looking in his demeanor, he was intelligent, polite and friendly.

This is the impression he made on me 45 years ago, and after hearing him talk on this show, I’m still very impressed with him.

How many other people can you say that about in today’s academia and politics?

Yes and Beck wasn't trying to garner any sympathy for Obama or his grandfather. The point seemed to be to illustrate why O might be cold to Great Britain as Rubinstein suggested, and my point was that it seemed a great “back door” into the whole Kenyan/British citizenship issue.

Anyone who thought Beck was sympathizing doesn't understand how the man operates. He knows better to bash a tortured grandpappy no matter what grandpappy did. But he can “empathize” and then urge the “polite” questioning of Obama about the issue.

Very chilling and the really scaring thing is it sounds very plausible and credible. If we look at Obama’s actions...we see a very dangerous man who has a lot of power...
