Honolulu clerk alleging cover-up: 'They have failed quite miserably'
The former Honolulu elections official who alleges Barack Obama was "definitely" not born in Hawaii and that no long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate even exists for the president in the Aloha State now says he's the victim of a vicious smear campaign, threatening his position as an instructor at Western Kentucky University.
"There have been attempts by various parties, some bloggers and others to attempt to discredit [my] claims, but none of them has held up to any scrutiny or rebuttal," Tim Adams, the former senior elections clerk in 2008 for the city and county of Honolulu, is now telling WND.
"My university was deluged with phone calls and e-mails, many of which were either supportive or neutral, but some folks took it upon themselves to actively try and smear or oust me."

Even though Olbermann mocked Adams’ account, he reported it fully and correctly (including lack of a long form hospital birth certificate not often mentioned on MSNBC or by the WH)...before he used guilt by association with the racist group's radio program to try to undermine Adams.
There’s no surprise Adams is the object of vicious smears and attacks. What I want to know if he believes Obama wasn’t born in Hawaii, why would he believe that Obama is eligible to be president? There’s more to this than meets the eye.
Adams should say that he doesn’t like to be called a skinhead because it is an insult to his baldness. And it has to be exhausting for the communist media to have to constantly cover and investigate people to protect Obama.

If you watched the interview posted by WorldnetDaily, he believes Obama was borned outside of US because while he was clerk there was no long form BC except the COLB. In his opinion he thinks that Obama can still run for POTUS because his mother is still a US citizen thus he is a US citizen. However he fails to understand that the US Constitution states one has to be natural born citizen to be eligible to run versus a naturalized citizen. He seems to understand the natural born arguement but feels that it is an arcane requirement that should be waived. Unfortunately for him, that is not how our legal system works. There is a process to repeal the requirement, but until then, the law has to be followed otherwise we will have chaos. This guy teaches at a university????!!!!!

That's no assurance of competency. Obama was a "lecturer" in Constitutional law. Clearly, an illiterate nitwit can get this kind of job...or even be POTUS.

Well that explains totally how Adams knew that the hospitals had been contacted and no birth certificate was available for Obama. He got it off the Internet, such as from a web page like this one from the Gina Cobb site:
“All of these were called or visited from November 20 – December 2nd 2008. It is confirmed, Obama not born in any hospital in Honolulu County! NONE! The main two hospitals claimed are below, and neither have a record of Obama or Mother Ann in either of them. Hospital employees bribed, some gave info for free. All to be released on video shortly.”

You caught that too, huh. Something doesn't pass the smell test. Racism doesn't even enter into the equation. The problem, which is supposed to be his stance, is there is no BC. If there's no BC, then Hussein fails to meet US Constitutional eligibility. Period. Finite. The end.
