Angelina Jolie: Shiloh "Wants to Be a Boy" (She dresses daughter "like a little dude")
US Magazine ^ | 06/27/2010

In August's Vanity Fair, Angelina Jolie opens up about her six children and relationship with beau Brad Pitt.

The Salt star, 35, admits she dresses Shiloh, 4, "like a little dude. Shiloh, we feel, has Montenegro style. It's how people dress there. She likes tracksuits, she likes [regular] suits. She likes to dress like a boy. She wants to be a boy. So we had to cut her hair. She likes to wear boys' everything. She thinks she's one of the brothers."

But Jolie says she isn't worried: She was just like Shiloh as a kid.

"Shiloh’s hysterically funny, one of the goofiest, most playful people you’ll ever meet," she says. "....Goofy and verbal, the early signs of a performer. I used to get dressed up in costumes and jump around."

You have to pay the hospital for the delivery. Doesn’t mean I bought my children from the hospital.

I guess it true,, you can't argue with women,, as they have no intellect,, just feelings.....No wonder most guys refuse to marry these days!

I had to laugh...I had just been listening to Jeff Foxworthy
and I could just imagine him adding your comments to his litany of redneck truisms...such as..”If you ever serously considered marrying your brother, you might be a redneck...”

“Anyone who hates children and animals can’t be all bad.

Children should neither be seen or heard from - ever again.

I like children - fried.

I never met a kid I liked.

I like children. If they’re properly cooked.

They are also very good with mustard.

Madam, there’s no such thing as a tough child - if you parboil them first for seven hours, they always come out tender.”

If you could actually just pay to get a child do you think that people would put themselves through this process.

Once again, I'll apologize for my choice of words that seemed to take this thread in the direction it did.

But, I'll ask again.....Do international celebrities with a gazillion dollars go through the same process? or does all that money kind of knock down some of those hurdles? Not that it's a bad thing to speed up the process, but are corners cut and red flags ignored because of the status of the ones doing the adopting?

Its not like celebrities live a homelife that many or any of us could relate to.

Jack Nicholson, “As Good As It Gets”

Woman: How do you write women so well?

Melvin: I think of a man, and I take away reason and accountability.

I can tell you that while we were in the adoption process for years, we saw numerous celebs adopt (Rosie O’Donnell, Angelina, Calista Flockhart, etc. etc.). I recently saw Sheryl Crowe commenting on how “difficult” her adoption process of a year was. She should feel fortunate it was only a year.

Maybe she had a hard time convincing the caseworker that she could clean a babies poopy butt with just one square of TP?

I wish I could do that but in this country people who like me have type 1 diabetes for a very long time are not allowed to adopt nor do most countries allow international adoption to people who are deemed not healthy.

right from the beginning i’v thought that brad/jolie (for rich people especially) have dressed all of their children extremely bad.

of course, they dress themselves pretty crapily too.

My oldest actually believed he was part wolf. That boy could move on all fours!

One time we had gone to see the Thunderbirds at an airshow and we got seperated from my brother, he insisted he could sniff him out. Had his head up into the wind, sniffing etc. didn’t go on all fours, but it is something I will never forget, LOL!

Lets see, one of my sons thought he was a wolf and the other thought he was Batman. And yes, my Batman son wore a cape and a mask, along with cowboy boots just about everywhere, for a year!

They both GREW out of it!!
