It's always the right time to ignore Paul Krugman, the New York Times columnist, Nobel Laureate and four-time Latin Grammy nominee whose drink-yourself-sober advice on handling the debt crisis is so sharply at odds with reality.

He argues for multitrillion dollar deficits, but when Bush was President he claimed that Bush’s $300 billion deficits were “reckless.” He was also the chief cheerleader for the Dems who accused Bush of squandering the “Clinton surpluses.”
Krugman knows exactly what he is trying to do. He is after the implosion of the system as that bogus theory of Cloward Piven demands. Fortunately for the rest of us there is such a thing as the tyranny of small decisions. We are not all as willing to simply walk into the gas chambers of our destruction.
