An extremely popular Arizona immigration law, soon to be challenged by the federal government; freaky deaky reports of parts of the state turning into no man’s land thanks to weak border enforcement; and of course a broken promise by The One to send at least token reinforcements to help out. Weave them all together and voila — you’ve got an incumbent who was struggling three months ago on her way to re-election with 55 percent. Well played, Jan Brewer. Very well played. Oh, fun fact. Not to say I'm campaigning against Perry's re-election because he's better than any 'rat alternative; but, he could show a little leadership ala Brewer on this issue.

Unfortunately, our male GOP political leaders do need a rather large dose of testosterone. Thank goodness for the likes of Brewer, Palin, Bachmann, etal.

Perry was a democrat who switched parties to get elected. Right now he says whatever it takes to stay elected, then for the most part doesn’t keep his word. RINO.

Perry doesn’t because he doesn’t need to. He’ll beat White (despite recent polls) so why sacrifice any Hispanic voters who might think supporting AZ is racist?
White’s latest ad, btw, criticizes Perry for the nice home he is staying in at government expense while the governor’s mansion is being rebuilt. Frankly, if that’s the best White can do to attack the incumbent, Perry has few worries.
Perry is in a box right now with the polls running even, and if White gets elected, Texas will become a "sanctuary State" for the illegals, along with the trial lawyers who will be celebrating.
Perry is no RINO!
Get Perry re-elected and we will see some more vigerous border security.
I do wish a few men in the GOP had cajones like the women apparently do. Truly a sign of an emasculated populace when the women are allowed to speak the truth but the men feel they can’t.
Perry’s not really the sort to show much in the way of leadership....
