An extremely popular Arizona immigration law, soon to be challenged by the federal government; freaky deaky reports of parts of the state turning into no man’s land thanks to weak border enforcement; and of course a broken promise by The One to send at least token reinforcements to help out. Weave them all together and voila — you’ve got an incumbent who was struggling three months ago on her way to re-election with 55 percent. Well played, Jan Brewer. Very well played.

Brewer’s ads (including this one) have been some of the best and most effective I’ve ever seen. Straight to the point, no BS, and no apologies.

Jan Brewer has been an unexpected ‘force’ to reckon with (imo) though and if anything, she is helping to awaken people with her brutal honesty. Hopefully before it’s too late...
