Obama Administration Planning to Circumvent Congress on Amnesty
American Thinker ^ | June 25, 2010 | Ann Kane

In one of his final moves to fundamentally change how America operates, the Obama Administration appears to be circumventing regular congressional procedures on immigration reform by considering deferred action or parole on a massive scale for the more than ten million illegal aliens in the U.S. Typically these actions are carried out on a case by case basis, but Obama is anything but typical.

for the more than ten million illegal aliens in the U.S.

...and that would be how MANY more? Seems a bit on the low side to me.

Obama is testing the resolve of Congress, who is the only branch of office with the power to impeach him.

Obama needs to subdue and control them, and it appears to be he already has them cowering like lightning struck pigs.

Okay, so is this the impeachment tipping point? He’s compiled a whole laundry list of egregious offenses. He and his ilk should be kicked out and ‘reeducated’. Maybe we can take a page from Ayres on what they planned to do after they took over for good...reeducation centers for those who refused to ‘take the pledge’, for ‘seditionists’, republicans, tea partiers, Americans who refused to give up the Constitution. And if that doesn’t work, eliminate them. Ayres figured they’d kill ten percent of the population. Thirty six million. He spoke about this as if he was preparing to swat flies.

“Obama Administration Planning to Circumvent Congress on Amnesty”

That will force a second seccession movement. Those in the military will be forced to choose between fighting with their states or pledging fealty to king obuma. And once the states leave, the criminals in Washington will have no money to pay for anything, including pay checks for the troops. How much money you got, Soros?

Hey, obuma. Joshua Chamberlain left the Northeast 10 years ago and he ain’t coming back. Whatcha gonna do when the 2nd Marine Div. saddles up and heads for DC on Hwy 95?

I honestly don’t see how we can keep letting him “circumvent” Congress on this or any other matter. By what logic or law, for example, did Bambi get to just proclaim that he was taking 20 billion from BP? By what law or logic has he taken over industries and fired private executives? How can he just unilaterally give our money away to foreign countries?

He recently also tried to “circumvent” the judiciary when Salazar announced he was going to ignore the court’s injunction and simply issue another drilling ban, but fortunately he got slapped down on that one. So far.

We have never had such an illegal, dictatorial presidency and I think one of the things that has enabled him to get away with it is that we simply weren’t prepared for it and we never thought it would be a problem here.

If he indeed pulls this off, it will be impossible to get the genie back in the bottle. Pray for America as we know and love it.

Another reason he is able to get away with these things is that he has full cover from the MSM. If a Republican president was doing these things, every news program, magazine and newspaper would be calling for impeachment.

According to the Constitution, he has no such power.

You're right but BO/BS couldn't care less about the Constitution. That's all the more reason to keep hammering away at an out of control, runway government.

*** We have never had such an illegal, dictatorial presidency ***

With all due respect - yes we have, FDR.

There's loooooong list of crimes he committed, but him conspiring with Churchill(1) to get us into WWII to 'save Britian', was reason enough to put him in prison for life.
