THE shocking images of oil-covered wildlife and ruined beaches across the Gulf of Mexico have horrified millions.
But passionate green campaigner Sir Paul McCartney believes the environmental disaster may have a silver lining, with the search for clean, renewable energy now being pushed forward.
The Beatles legend said: "Sadly we need disasters like this to show people. Some people don't believe in climate warming - like those who don't believe there was a Holocaust.
"But the facts indicate that there's something going on and we've got to be aware of it if we want our kids to inherit a decent world, not a complete nightmare of a planet - clean, renewable energy is for starters."

He still hasnt gone as far as RFK Jr., who said anyone who denies the tales of Man Made Global Warming is guilty of treason. That means enemy of the state subject to execution.Liberals are only tolerant of themselves... It would be as if conservatives judged themselves "tolerant" because we accepted gun owners... Global Warming's as real as The Club of Rome, Population Bomb, Alar, etc...

What planet does this guy live on?
He is so out of touch with reality and selfish too. If he really wanted equality; he would go with freedom every time.

Man Made Global Warming’s as “real” as Man Made Global Cooling. Either we are warming it or we are cooling it, can’t have it both ways and that is right where the Global “Climate Change” experts are sitting now (meaning that we will PERPETUALLY be in a doomsday “state”).

Without oil, there would have been no vinyl to press the Beatle’s first single, My Bonnie. They would have remained a virtually unknown, short-lived nightclub act.

For what it's worth:
John Lennon - Lennon Urinated On Nuns Music legend JOHN LENNON was nicknamed "the Devil's own child" by rock 'n' roll star LITTLE RICHARD after the BEATLE urinated on German nuns during an early tour." "The Beatles were supporting the TOOTIE FRUITY singer in the early 1960s at the Star Club in Hamburg, Germany - where Lennon subjected a local religious order to an unsavoury prank from his hotel room..."

Eh, John was a bitter hypocrite. All of that calling for world "peace" when he couldn't even muster more than 2 cocaine fueled nights in the studio with Paul in the decade following the breakup of the Beatles.

I hate to poke fun at a person’s looks...but...
Is it just me or does Paul McCartney look a little bit more like Mrs. Doubtfire every day?
Anyway, it just proves that being a musical genius doesn’t make you a genius at everything. This guy is clearly a moron.

The Beatles are still pressing vinyl. If he believes we need to "get off" oil, he needs to go first.
There's an Abbey Road LP box, that Vegas Beatles thing, remasted LPs, and a new pressing of RAIN on 45.
