WASHINGTON (Reuters) – A judge refused on Thursday to put on hold his decision that blocked the Obama administration from enforcing its six-month ban on deepwater oil drilling after the Gulf of Mexico oil spill.

U.S. District Judge Martin Feldman in New Orleans rejected a request by the Obama administration to stay his decision that allowed deepwater drilling to resume after the Department of Interior ordered it halted temporarily when the BP Plc well began gushing oil more than two months ago.

Yeah Obama, for future reference, the Chicago way doesn't go over too well with Federal Judges. They don't like “dirt” on themselves dumped into the public arena when they don't side with you and they also don't like it when you say your going to ignore their decisions and put the ban back in place. Oh, and they are harder to get rid of than a fully tenured college professor at Harvard.

Talk about abuse of power, this halt on drilling on wells already licensed and approved as an emergency takes the cake. And he fires all those workers of the other oil companies while claiming his stimulus only looks like it doesnt create jobs because of Bush. In fact he blames this on Bush too.
