Hey dumb ass commie. Do you know what insurance companies are? They are entities composed of willing investors who risk their own capital with the goal of showing profit from their risk. If you mandate losses under all circumstances guess what will happen?
Just part of the strategy to bankrupt the private insurance companies and force the government option for everyone. The government requires companies to insure people with pre-existing conditions, removes the lifetime cap on illnesses, and allows “children” up to 26 to remain on their parents’ plan. Yet, they expect no impact on premiums or at least that is their story.
The goal is to exterminate the private insurers.

I think BO knows perfectly well that price controls result in shortages. That has happened in every Communist country where price controls have been tried. I don’t believe for a second that BO is ignorant of that fact. His intent is deliberate destruction of the capitalist healthcare industry and its replacement by Socialism.
