Utah has a “sore loser” law.
I read on another thread that Utah law wouldn't allow Bennett's name on the ballot as and independent. The only way he could do it would be to try a write in campaign.

Heavens, it’s hilarious how people misconstrue things. As I’ve said MANY times before, I couldn’t care less who won the SC guvship. I just was getting a kick out of Precious’ minions here that suddenly discovered that Haley was somehow the only conservative in SC up against the corrupt RINO machine. Precious has lotsa influence here these days.
Remember, I’m still the #1 anti-Precious person on FR. Who do you think gave him that nickname ? I endorsed McMaster in the first round, anyway.
I think we are talking two different Preciouses here. LOL. Romney will always be flipper to me.
Interestingly enough, Bennett endorsed Bridgewater. Bridgewater was a nice enough guy but that endorsement probably wasn’t helpful.
Interestingly, a poll published in Politico yesterday had Bridgewater ahead by 10 pts!
