However, it is irrational to ignore the fact that he is the sitting POTUS, having been certified to run in all 50 states, received a majority of the popular vote, was voted in by The Electoral College, certified as the winner and POTUS by the President of the Senate, Dick Cheney, and sworn in ... twice ... by the Chief Justice of the SCOTUS.
Ineligible? You bet. POTUS? As a wartime CIC, he is sending men to their deaths every day. De Jure? No. De Facto? Yes. This all means that he can only be removed from office now by Impeachment in The House and Conviction in The Senate.
No matter what happens in any court in the land, including the SCOTUS, that is just not going to happen. The brave patriots who are fighting these legal battles mst continue, because this fight has little to do with Obama. It simply cannot be allowed to happen again.
Those of not in court owe these patriots support: both financial and moral. However, we have a job of work to do, too. We have to make sure that the tide of socialistic measures enacted by Obama and his Congress, and those laws they intend to pass as "Lame Ducks," are rescinded, and that Obama is hobbled until he leaves office in 2012. Furthermore, I believe the plan is for Obama, having done the heavy socialist lifting, is going to try and turn the government over to Hillary, a far better prepared idealogue than he, to complete the process.
We are England in 1946, when Clement Attlee threw out Churchill, and England began its long decline from power to the broke, multicultural rump national status it has today. In one Prime Ministership, Attlee laid the seeds of national destruction. Succeeding governments were not ever able to overcome it, not even PM Thatcher's. That is Obama's Model. Whether his Presidency was illegitimately obtained or not is massively beside the point ... at this point.
Team Obama has plunged us into a national state of cognitive dissonance. He is the President. He is ineligible. We can point it out in an attempt to discomfit him ... and that is really about it.
I think we have to let the politicians know we know they are crooks and make them afraid to leave their houses because every pizza joint they enter will be full of people who know they are crooks - or enablers of crooks.
We need to let the media know that we know they are liars.
And we need to let law enforcement know that we know they are winking at crimes as long as they are done by the “right” political people.
I think the American public is waking up, and every lawless, tyrannical move Obama and his crooks make proves the point that Obama’s modus operandi of ridiculing those of us who wanted laws enforced was one part of his overarching goal of destroying this nation.
Obama told the Egyptian ambassador that he is a Muslim and supports the Muslim agenda. The only Muslim agenda I know of is worldwide Sharia and the destruction of Israel and the US. This vindicates those who have been saying this all along (and who were called crazy. If the general public can be made aware of this, they will (hopefully) realize that they’ve been played like a fiddle by somebody who wants to destroy them.

Thomas admitted on video that the SCOTUS was "evading" the eligibility question. Many were confused between "avoiding", meaning to refrain from doing something and "evading", meaning to avoid by deceit. Thomas is not stupid. He knew and used the correct verb. He admitted the government was deceiving WE THE PEOPLE.

No, Soros or whomever is the puppet master didn't want Hillary this time and they won't want her next time. She's too smart and outspoken for them. They need another weakling to do their biding without question... If we make it to free elections in 2012. I would like to point out that we didn't have totally free elections in 2008 because the GOP had McRat pimping for the other side.

There are several mechanisms by which Obama can be removed. Impeachment is but one of them.
You need to do some more research on the issue. You are on the right track, but we the people DO have at least two other options. SCOTUS can and will have to be involved.
The cases are proceeding.
The other option is not at all attractive, and is a lot more violent. I am not into that option AT ALL. This is why I am supportive of the legal cases which are, as I said, proceeding.
