Attorney General Terry Goddard running for AZ gov, eh? If he refuses to defend AZ law why would anyone in their right mind allow him anywhere near the Gov's mansion?!

YOU'RE FIRED!

Seriously cannot the Governor appoint someone to defend the State in litigation?

Glad of it! He would have thrown the case any way he could. Now, he’s thrown his run for governor instead.

AG Goddard must have a nice, cushy job waiting for him at the WH.. Czar maybe? What an effin’ traitor, and taking a stand AGAINST the citizens of his own State, no less.

it’s good he is not going to defend it, really. Just think what a sad-sack job he’d do, knowing he’s really against it. Best he go. There are others who will fight for it.

I hear the one thing the feds have going for them is that it is the Fed’s job to protect the borders. Which they are not doing, obviously.

Would we really want this guy to defend the law? He clearly is opposed to it and if he defended it he would do so half heartily. Better to have someone who supports the law to defend it.

Having said that, this clown just cost him any chance of being Governor, which is a good thing.

Always remember — to a RAT, the party is always more important than God, family or country.

He should be impeached and disbarred to prevent him from being eligible for office and for his cushy pension.
