Border Patrol agents arrested a U.S. citizen after intercepting $3 million worth of cocaine at the San Luis Port of Entry near Yuma.
During an inspection, a narcotics sniffing dog alerted authorities to something suspicious in the front end of a truck driven by the alleged smuggler. Agents took a closer look and discovered wrapped packages containing 60 pounds worth of cocaine.
Border agents arrested the 34-year-old man Wednesday. He faces charges of attempting to smuggle cocaine into the U.S.
Authorities did not release the man's name, where he's from or where he was coming from
Did they make a stop at Marion Berry’s crib?
They sent it to the White House for examination.
Recover? You mean they lost it at some point?............
Goes without saying.........Amish.
Party at Zero’s house!
Yipeeeeee!!!
While the cops were celebrating, another $20 million in coke just passed them by.
Big Party at The White House this weekend!
I like how the headline uses the word “recover.” It almost sounds it belonged to the Feds in the first place! I guess they needed it back so they could sell and get the profits instead because the Feds don’t like competition.
The real news here is that the drug cartels are desperate for money to buy guns and soldiers. War is an expensive affair, and even the low level war they are conducting means that the loss of a single big shipment like this puts a lot of pressure on them.
Any greater pressure added to the border also forces them to try to smuggle through each other’s territory, and this has already turned into some lovely gun battles in the desert between smugglers.
They wouldn’t say where he was coming from? He is at the San Luis Port of Entry, on the Mexican border, trying to enter the United States. Seems to me the only place he could be coming from is Mexico. He certainly wasn’t coming from Canada, or France, or Nepal.
Now part of “Obama’s stash”...
