The heck of it is that immigration is technically under Federal jurisdiction. Old saw: elections have consequences. As I understand it, AZ doesn’t actually step on Federal turf, and regardless — suing AZ is mobster law, seeking loopholes and technicalities to protect criminals.

BO never promised to give a fig about border security. He had pandered to illegals back in ‘08.

That said, God bless Arizona! I don’t really care if BO has some stinking loophole or not. The ship is sinking and the hole must be plugged, period. Save the ship and THEN talk about jurisdiction, just like Governor Jindal and barrier reefs.
