Maybe this is why Hussein doesn't give a tinker's damn about it.

But it’s all washing up on the beaches ... pictures of birds and turtles covered with oil ... what difference does it make how much oil vs water there is when it’s showing up on the beach ....

My husband said he played a new parody, Oil on the Water. Anybody have a link? I’d love to hear it.

They gave no money to the United States, no money to Texas, claiming “national sovereignty.”
If I remember correctly, Mexico refused to pay because the US was using all the water in the Colorado River for irrigation and not letting enough flow through for the Mexican farmers.

OK, I will probably catch a lot of flack for saying this: oil floats, it does not mix with the water, but rises to the surface. So wven if the oil is a small amount compared to the total volume of water, it is a very large amount when it reaches the shore.
The big guys point would make more sense if the oil was mixing with the water.

20,000 barrels/day x 120 days x 42 gallons/barrel = 100.8 million gallons of oil released," This estimate is way low. It's probably two to three times that gushing
Still Rush makes a good point in the big picture

I think the oil concentration reported in those scary underwater “oil plumes” is 0.5 parts/million. That would work out to 1 drop of oil per 5 bathtubs worth of water (IIRC the amount water used in an average US tub bath is also about 1 barrel). Not to mention that, like the found tar balls, not all the plumes chemical match this leaky well.
