Can't do that. Seattle is a "sanctuary city" and if he reported an illegal alien to the authorities, or if he busts someone for being illegal he can be fired.

Sad but true... That intersection has a MAJOR problem with jaywalking as it is a pair of 5 lane major arterials intersecting at oblique angles, and it's right next to a school as well. It's an intersection that has a real problem when people jaywalk as it backs up the only two arterials through the Rainier Valley. It's a dangerous place, and with a big overpass there's no excuse to jaywalk.

More than guilty. They were DARING the officer to stop them. They did it right in front of him, because he was already ticketing someone else.
