Can't do that. Seattle is a "sanctuary city" and if he reported an illegal alien to the authorities, or if he busts someone for being illegal he can be fired.

Sad but true... That intersection has a MAJOR problem with jaywalking as it is a pair of 5 lane major arterials intersecting at oblique angles, and it's right next to a school as well. It's an intersection that has a real problem when people jaywalk as it backs up the only two arterials through the Rainier Valley. It's a dangerous place, and with a big overpass there's no excuse to jaywalk.
Jaywalking is a much bigger deal in Seattle than it is in, say, Florida.
Unless you enjoy walking across the street as slooooooooow as possible just to see who you can piss off.
