NEW YORK (CBS) Perez Hilton might be in some hot water after posting an uncensored photo of Miley Cyrus' private parts to his Twitter account.
Early Monday morning, Hilton posted a picture of the 17-year-old pop star wearing a short white dress and no underwear. In the photo, Cyrus is in the midst of climbing out of an open-topped convertible car with her lady parts exposed.

Well, in fairness, the CBS story doesn't say anything about photoshop. The import of their story is that she wasn't wearing underwear, which would deserve some ridicule, but she's still been slighted by Perez posting the picture.
If it was photoshopped, then she's a victim here, plainly and probably has a strong case upon which to build a civil suit against Hilton.
We have such a skank TMZ culture going on, it’s really difficult to work up much concern for anyone floundering in it.

I really do worry about other things but I have a 10 yr old niece and a 9 and 7 yr old grand child. I worry about who they look up to and who influences them outside of the family.

If the DA prefers charges then an investigation will easily demonstrate the veracity of the photo. I would write this off as loser anyway you cut it - the only people who care about an outcome are those who care about these two idiots. Prosecuting does nothing to protect the public, nor does it restore the reputation of the “victim”.

I live in West Hollywood. I highly doubt it’s photoshopped. These chicks do indeed run around with their parts hanging out. I’ve gotten an eyeful myself a few times.
