NEW YORK (CBS) Perez Hilton might be in some hot water after posting an uncensored photo of Miley Cyrus' private parts to his Twitter account.
Early Monday morning, Hilton posted a picture of the 17-year-old pop star wearing a short white dress and no underwear. In the photo, Cyrus is in the midst of climbing out of an open-topped convertible car with her lady parts exposed.

"23/17, isn’t that actionable?" I was incorrect about the young man's age. He's actually 20, not 23. But to your point, in California it's a three-year safe harbor period, I believe. I think there's also additional penalties if one party is over 21, and the other is under 16. Either way, he's within the safe harbor eligibility.

There are ways for ladies in short skirts to enter and exit vehicles without revealing the junction where the legs meet the rest of the body. At age 17, girls already know this information. She is either trying to out-Lyndsey Ms. Lohan and Britney or she is an oblivious idiot.

I don’t know how old you are, but there is a very famous, Pulitzer Prize winning photograph from the Vietnam war by photographer Nick Ut of a young girl named Kim Phuc. Events that take place in public cannot be compared to the work of Traci Lords.
