Not much movement in a week. The good news is that his blame anybody but himself campaign isn’t moving his numbers at all.

By now it should be -90.

Still very popular with at least one-half of the remaining Beatles.

I think a significant portion of his approval rating is sort of “stuck” in place based on race and social issues.

24% of voters clearly have no business voting.

After his propaganda speech tonite we will see a temporary bounce to around -12. The sad thing about these polls is that of the 54% who disapprove, probably 10 to 15% are liberals who think he isn’t doing enough but will still vote for him in 2012.

“Approval 45%”

That is what is so sickening, and why I have given up on the USSA.
There are just too many blacks, illegal immigrants, and other assorted brain dead voters.
The Marxist have done a good job of working the grounds, via “pubic” education and a Marxist MSM.

I agree on principle. There’s a political component to this, and there are die-hard supporters that wouldn’t budge from him if he were to take family members as slaves. That’s just the way it is.

Some of it is based on policy and race, and some if it is just the way it is based on party affiliation or whatever. Dad voted for Roosevelt, and I’ve voted Democrat my whole life...

Fail to support this guy? Heavens no!

It’s rather pathetic really. On the right we ask a lot of our people. If they don’t tow the line we take them to task.

On the left the folks just blindly follow along in lock-step.

This is one of the reasons why I see our side as honest and above board.

The supposedly on a deathwatch MSM is doing a superb job keeping this guy so high in approval.

I think there’s some truth in that.

Note that Code Pink and ANSWER people are now protesting him. Can we in our wildest dreams see them voting for someone else?

Frankly I don’t want the stink of them on our party.

he has near unanimous support among blacks, and among all others he benefits from the “double-reverse Wilder Effect (many people who secretly think he sucks, but won’t admit that to a pollster out of fears of being perceived as racist)

Currently, the baseline targets for the adult population are 35.8% Democrats, 32.2% Republicans, and 32.1% unaffiliated. Likely voter samples typically show a slightly smaller advantage for the Democrats

What I really find amusing, is that they will never find a guy more anti-U.S., and after all, that’s what they are really all about.

So what this leads me to think, is that Obama actually asked them through back channels to protest him.

It makes him look less leftist. These folks don’t miss a trick IMO. They’re hard core insurgents, and they’ll do anything to shore up support for their guy, including protest him, for cover.

Bring back the requirement that you must be a landowner to vote, and we’d wipe out the socialist movement in one election cycle. I don’t care about you gender, creed, or race, if you were forced to “have skin in the game,” as our esteemed POSOTUS says, then voting would always go along with the least amount of taxation.

Like Franklin said, and I’m paraphrasing, once the people realize they can vote themselves largesse from the public coffers, the Republic will be lost.

You're right. It's absolutely sickening (and disappointing) how completely gullible some people are.
