Today is Flag Day.
Our flag was first adopted by resolutions during the 2nd Continental Congress on June 14, 1777, so our flag is 10 yrs older than the nation itself. Fly it proudly today. Celebrate the freedoms it represents, and remember those who have sacrificed to keep us free. God bless America.

Don't forget the National
Pause for the Pledge at 7 PM Local Time. I'd run a "live thread" for it but am about to depart for our local ceremonies.
And remember folks, it is "one nation under God," not "one nation [pause] under God." There is no comma after nation (4 USC Sec. 4).
