FARGO A Fargo woman is accused of beating her husband with a handgun early today, causing bruises to his abdomen and a cut on his head, Fargo Police Sgt. Jeff Skuza said.
The man had three loaded handguns in the couples apartment in the 4400 block of 47th St. S., Skuza said.
The couple were arguing just before 4 a.m. when the woman took one of the guns, unloaded it and struck the man with it several times, he said.
The man did not seek medical treatment.
Alycia Marie Buethner, 30, was arrested on suspicion of simple assault.

pistol-whipping man with handgun Well, if you're going to pistol-whip someone, you probably should use a handgun.
To: Last Dakotan
Is there some other object, other than a handgun, with which one may pistol-whip another individual? ;-P

Yeah, rifle whipping puts it into a whole different category!

when the woman took one of the guns, unloaded it and struck the man with it several times, he said.Either she was being kind, or she was too weak to get the pistol up to suitable impact velocity with the added weight of all the ammunition.

Yeah, rifle whipping puts it into a whole different category! Now if you want to go for maximum effect, and a specialty in the Fargo area, engage in Lutefisk whipping. Hurts like hell and oh, the smell!!

Lock this creature up. She is an abuser and should be treated like one.

No pics of the lovely Alycia?? Just want to put one in the “save” file in case she shows up on a dating site. Or makes a senate run in Carolina!

To: MortMan
It would be a rather odd headline if it read that a woman pistol whipped her husband with a crescent wrench.
