A pair of San Francisco Bay Area restaurateurs were all set to open their macaroni and cheese specialty restaurant with the name Little Mac when a phone conversation with legal counsel for McDonalds derailed their plans. All of a sudden I'm hungry, and I know what I want!
Did they try Big Mac? :-)
May I suggest “F**kDonalds” ?
Some of the Burger Kings in my area are now selling bbq ribs.
Mac and chesse was one of Ronald Reagan’s favorite food. It is also one of mine. Particularly when the Mrs. is away for a few days. I use lots of variations like Tabasco, cloves, chopped onions and even sardines in chili sauce to spice it up.
"I got it, call their place, "got nuttin to do with the other place"
I thought this was going to be a comparison of fat/calories in a kids meal at McDonalds vs. a meal with mac and cheese at home. I was wrong
Little Cheese?..................
Just go lil mac’ncheese or something.
They wouldn’t have to change it much.
Try sprinkling over plain M&C ground cumin powder........delicious!.............
They have the golden arches. We have the golden arcs.
Is that dirty ?
Elbowmac-n-cheese
As in “dirty rice”? Probably cajun-esque.........
I see Big Mac, Mac, Lil Mac (women's lingerie), Mac Daddy, Mac Rack, and so on. But I sure don't see where McDonald's Corporation has a trademark on the term "Mac"
Like the name! Anyway here is more to this story here from the owners, and how you can submit a suggestion for a new name. http://locallemons.com/local_lemons/2010/06/the-restaurant-formerly-known-as-little-mac.html
How about empty carbohydrates slathered in fake butter?
"I gave them a try, for the $$$$ (for 6)I cudda got double everything else and change"...."and they cudda paid someone to chew em up for me"....not worth it
