Fiorina was the top vote-getter in Tuesday's primary election in a Republican field that included former Rep. Tom Campbell and conservative Assemblyman Chuck DeVore (R-Irvine). ..............."

And they are killing our ability to slow down the progressives. They are like a catalyst for the Marxists. By doing nothing to stop them, they assist them in their consolidation of power.

Devore was not going to win he was never going to win. The polls, cash on hand and the fact that he never connected with more than 20% of the GOP all showed that.

By him staying in he took 17% of support off the table and made the race closer for Campbell then it ever needed to be. If he would have dropped out and supported Carly a couple weeks ago when the writing was on the wall he would have earned favors from Carly that he could have called in at a later time. By staying in. he cost Carly money, time and effort. Something she will not soon forget. He and his supporters now have no voice in a Carly campaign at least not enough to shape her positions on important issues.

And if that doesn't make sense to you I can not explain it any better. this is politics 101

I knew you couldn’t answer the question. I knew it.

You can shoot your mouth off making claim after claim, but when it comes time that someone calls you on it, you are embarrassed to be caught looking like the fool you are, and so you just change the subject or quit.

So you quit.

I knew you couldn’t answer the question because the fact is, the socialist Democrats in the legislature are almost completely to blame for the problems in the state.

Arnold is to blame for a few very bad but not overwhelming problems, such as AB32, which he signed, but again was the brainchild of the Socialist Dems in the state legislature.

The fact is, we have had budget crisis since the Wilson administration, so through 3 different governors it has been the Democratic legislature that is screwing up the state of California.

The fact is, Arnold tried very hard his first year to force the legislature to be more fiscally responsible, and to pass 4 propositions to that end, before the unions smashed him. Then he tucked tail and ran.

The fact is, Arnold is not the big problem and no California has been a serious problem since Moonbeam, who is about to do an encore and finish the job he started long ago.

The fact is you are spewing unsupported nonsense.

The fact is it is very easy to shut you up because as LOUD as you are, you don’t really know what you are talking about.

You are very easy to shut up.

Please don’t try to teach reality to some of these folks, they simply don’t get it.

You poor retard. I’ve decided to let your hero Arnie, the Conservative Governator, off the hook. It’s bad enough that you cling to RINO Fiorina’s slip, I wouldn’t want you thinking that Arnie was a disastrous socialist too.

agreed I wish more conservatives would get it. It's not the RINO’s its the leadership. If the GOp is lead by conservatives it could be filled with RINO’s and the conservative agenda would still pass.

Just like the DNC has many Conservative dems yet it is the liberal agenda that is passed because the leadership is liberal.

We need to do what the dems did in reverse. Elect conservative leaders and then support GOP candidates in lower positions that can win and are somewhat conservative. Purity will kill us IF we try to do it all at once. this is a marathon not a sprint it will take many election cycles to reshape the GOP into a strong conservative party.

You’re not worthy of me even responding to.

Translation: I have no rebuttal to you so I am taking my ball and going home where I will hold my breath until I turn blue and you'll be sorry when I'm dead.

You are part of the problem or the solution. When you don't throw your vote in to insure a Republican Senate majority so we can overturn Obamacare, when you stand by the sidelines preaching and let a communist like Boxer keep her seat, you are part of the problem. No wonder you can't respond. You can't deny your action has that outcome.

Goodnight to you too. I don't mean to be personal. I am frustrated. McCain would suck as president but all we achieved with conservatives staying home and voting 3rd party, was to guarantee the election of a radical communist Muslim who has done more to ruin our nation and its economy than anyone the past 60 years. That is what we get when people like you stick rigidly to your principles. That is frustrating as hell for me because I know it is avoidable.

Anyone who votes for a Rino will get more of the same choices next time. Anyone or any party who wants to be associated with such people go right ahead and vote for them. Your principles and your reputation will be sacrificed much as it has been due to previous support of Rino’s by Conservatives who bought into the lesser of two evils argument.

I'm starting to see that. But IMO that is why we lost the majority to the marxist the GOP stopped educating people. People are not stupid no matter what some think. the American population is one of the smartest in the world. they are simply not given the truth or the facts enough to make correct decisions.

the dems believe the population is stupid. We as a party can not fall into that trap. We must trust the citizens to be able to make the proper decisions if they are given the correct information.

It is the way Reagan governed and I still think its the best way for landslide victories.

There once was a rule here about personal attacks but it seems to be selectively enforced these days.

No, I don’t follow the various personalities here. There are a very select few who I trust or understand or are high profile due to their political effectiveness.

I’m not easily baited but stupidity can garner a response from me.

Thanks for the warning.

Agree....... if people would think with their heads we could turn this Titanic around. I would not have chosen Whitman as Gov of CA, but she won the primary and I believe she is infinitely better than Brown...... my family moved to CA when his father was Governor and I think we’ve had enough Browns as Gov of that state same as I don’t really want to see any more Bush’s or Kennedy’s elected.

You’’re not giving Arnold enough credit for bankrupting the state.

Davis left office with a $6 billion dollar deficit. Arnold quickly borrowed $15 billion to cover it (yeah, 9 million extra). After that, he accelerated taxes, postponed expenses, sold his megabillion “infrastructure” bonds to the electorate — not to mention his double digit annual spending increases.

The man had line item veto power. There is no excuse.

AB32 is definitely his worst act and needs to be RESCINDED not just postpone implementation. It will lead to the overall demise of life as we know it.

The translation is that you’re too dense to waste my time on.

I could have been more specific in my prior post, but you just don’t merit an attempt at honest discussion on point.

You’re just thrilled to put Democrats in as our nominees, and are convinced you’re just the smartest goober on the planet for having done so.

Well, I don’t see value in putting people in who will implement the Democrats agenda for them, and then patting myself on the back for having done so.

If you do, enjoy yourself. You should be real happy if you can get these idiots elected.
