I wish him well, but unfortunately, he stands no chance. Probably half of the voters voted long before today, and he is only running about 15-20% in the polls.

At around 2:47 this afternoon the DeVore campaign announced the results of the Wall Street Journal California U.S. Senate “exit” poll of Newport Beach voters in the race for the Republican Nomination for United States Senate: DeVore 75%, Fiorina 25%, Campbell 0%. Newport beach is a relatively liberal coastal community in Orange County California.

Had a few relatives call me last night and one this morning for voting recommendations. I sent them Tom McClintock’s list. We have several hotly contested positions here in Humboldt County including 2 Supervisors, DA, Sheriff and others but not city council seats until November...
