one vote and its fate is now in the hands of the California Senate.
But this means that the fate of open carry rights in California is up to YOUR state Senator because the vote is expected to be very close - probably by one vote as well!
Unless YOU act, AB 1934 will become law and ban open carry, the only practical right to carry for most Californians because Sheriffs have absolute discretion in issuing concealed handgun permits.

Oh God, I’ve got Jenny O.
Might as well just shoot myself first...
28th CALIFORNIA SENATE DISTRICT
Senator Jenny Oropeza (D) - Carson
Done! My State Senator is an R so we’ll see how he stands.
Seems to me . that if the upcoming Supreme Court decision goes the way a lot of people think and hope, it would negate the law and all others like it.

You’re probably being quite a bit optimistic here. Even if they hopefully include states, they will likely allow regulatory bull$h!t to remain, similar to the DC decision.
Other than showing passion for 2nd Amendment rights, I’m not sure of the value of open carry when the gun must be unloaded. Can someone help me out here? The political leaders in lala land are so FOS that it appears to be an almost hopeless case.
Also, I disagree with using the 14th amendment as the reasoning for extending the rights to the states since:
1. All of the Bill of Rights should affect the States, and
2. The 14th amendment was not Constitutionally ratified.
