Seems to me . that if the upcoming Supreme Court decision goes the way a lot of people think and hope, it would negate the law and all others like it.

You’re probably being quite a bit optimistic here. Even if they hopefully include states, they will likely allow regulatory bull$h!t to remain, similar to the DC decision.

Other than showing passion for 2nd Amendment rights, I’m not sure of the value of open carry when the gun must be unloaded. Can someone help me out here? The political leaders in lala land are so FOS that it appears to be an almost hopeless case.

Also, I disagree with using the 14th amendment as the reasoning for extending the rights to the states since:
1. All of the Bill of Rights should affect the States, and
2. The 14th amendment was not Constitutionally ratified.
