Helen Thomas will be 90 yrs old in August, she is an Old Woman, and I don’t think anyone should pay much attention to her rants....She should retire and her family should care for her....
I have been around Ageing Seniors they can say some whacked out things.... Due to senelity and dimentia..
I don’t know if she was a nice young woman, a good wife, mother and friend, her relationship with G-d, but she should just retire and enjoy a glass of Iced Tea and watch the birds....
I would take her out of the political Scene if she was my mother or grandmother....
Just made that up, and it may not apply in all cases, but I've encountered a lot of older people whose hearts were never too pretty; and they haven't seemed to "age well". But I also know many whose hearts were very beautiful; and age just made them sweeter--and softer!
NO EXCUSE. There are many 90 and over seniors that are nice, good people. We knew one who turned 100 years old and was working on 101 but didn’t quite make it. To her last day she was gental, kind, loving (and could have been bitter, angry and mad but never was) and she was a lady all the way. So, don’t tell me about aging people. There are lots out there who didn’t have the mobility nor the money or profession that this horrible woman had. Therefore, she thought she was better than you and me and many others. Sorry, there’s no excuse and she was NOT better than me or any seniors I know. She knew how to cash her check, go shopping, get to the press room and ask her nasty, ugly, disrespectful questions. So, she KNEW what she was doing all the way, every day. She said what she said and meant what she said and now she pays the piper. We’re all glad out here and don’t put the many good, kind, loving seniors in her category!!!
