Tony Esposito!
Yeah he is a class act. The first thing that they did after Wiertz died was bring in all of the former Blackhawks legends (Stan Mikita, Bobby Hull, Tony Espsito and Dennis Savard) and they became "ambassadors", but you watch they are at every game, they love the town and fans and have been great for this city.
The White Sox do this with their former players and they just signed Frank Thomas to do it, after rounding up Carlton Fisk. It's nice to see a team show respect to its HOF players.
Let’s GO Flyers!
just as long as the flyers dont win ill be happy
Good win. It felt to me like the first game where they really outplayed the Flyers.
I have a particular reason to hope they finish it tomorrow. I’m supposed to go out to dinner with my grandpa on Friday night when game 7 would be.
I have plans for Friday but if we dont’ win tomorrow, those plans are going to be cancelled.
Used to go to Hawk games as a kid, standing room only at the old Chicago stadium. Would get in line for tickets at noon for a 7 pm ice time. Saw some GREAT hockey. Hull, Mikita, Esposito, Magnuson, Korab ( how many remember him?).
Go Hawks!
