Amazed that it would be published in a Turkish newspaper. I guess the desire to gloat overcame the desire to put forth a united propaganda campaign?
Why print it? To increase bloodlust and cheer on the IHH? Or to defuse the situation by showing why the Israelis had to fire to defend their lives? The latter would enable Turkey to stand down a bit in their anti-Israeli rhetoric.

Ever since the current Islamic government took over Turkey in 2002 they’ve been one of the most anti-Western countries. US favorability is worse in Turkey than any other country in polls due to the vicious propaganda the people are exposed to.
