Lorenzana can rely on her testimony, her letters to HR, and the testimony of witnesses. Citibank can point to its disciplinary action—the final notice letter—but the letter punishes her for being late on days the bank wasn't even open.
Am I the only one who read the article?
I worked with a woman once who was so hot men would walk into the walls when they passed her in the hall way. She was better looking than this gal, I know it is hard to believe but she was. I was one of the guys that walked into the walls. One guy finally dated her and I asked him how he got the date. His answer: “I asked her”. The rest of us felt so inferior that we were afraid to ask her, but he manned up and was rewarded!
This girl is very pretty and “curvy.” She is not off the charts but very attractive. It does make it tough in a work environment. This is why they made cubicles. ;-)

Being a public service minded guy, I would like to apply for the job of administering the test. I have some experience and would work as many hours as was necessary to enable as many women as possible to avail themselves of this service.

I suspect you are correct. If Citibank fired her for her poor work performance, they'll have her yearly evaluation's and or "reprimand's" to back them up.
