Across America 15 million Americans are still out of work and unable to find jobs. The latest numbers from the Labor Department indicate that only 41,000 private sector jobs were created last month. Of the 431,000 new jobs added in May, 411,000 were temporary census workers hired by the government. Despite Obamas assertion, made just days ago, that the economy is improving and that the economic stimulus legislation passed a year ago was having a positive effect there is little to cheer about. The presidents unrealistic predictions that the economy is poised to start adding the jobs people need were clearly misguided and off the mark.
These are predictable results given how aggressive this administration and the Democrat controlled Congress have been in promoting socialist policies that stifle economic activity and unreasonably punish responsible corporations and businesses.

Ive found temp jobs...but they let us go after a few weeks.Me too, but $10.00/hr plus a partial unemployment check don't begin to cover expenses let alone allow for any savings. The good news is I'm no longer counted as an unemployment statistic.
Carry on with the golf game Bam Bam, we're all just fine here on Main Street

Remember, based on the average income “earned” and income taxes (a partial return of our confiscated capital) paid by public employees each government worker is financed by seven private sector workers.
So,when another entitlement dependent layabout is hired by our swelling and smelling boil of socialistic Big Government, seven REAL jobs are basically canceled out as far as our federal fiscal responsibilities are concerned.
Sure explains the stock drop.

Got my order in for shoulder patches and stuff.
No nation can afford to leave so many healthy young people unemployed for so long and not attract the attention of old codgers ready to seize the state eh!

Real Estate agent Fur Shur then ~ make one sale, downpayment on a new car, but cash was needed.
Census jobs don't last long but they pay well considering the alternatives.

Lady in my subdivision thought she'd make some extra $$$ doing the Census thing.....called me and said 'she needed to come over and interview me for the Census....' I said 'sure, but I'm working now - call me back tonight'.....haven't picked up the goddam phone or listened to the voicemail for a coupla weeks now...If she get's anything beyond the numeral '2' from me [i.e., the number of people living here] it will be a cold day in hell....
When I see her face to face, the first answer (actually, a question) when she does talk to me is: "Why did you violate my privacy by looking up my address in the subdivision phone listing?", "This is government sponsored invasion of privacy! I should call the ACLU on you!"

15 million unemployed is 10% of the work force. Since we know that the true U-6 unemployment rate is 16.7% and more than a third of a million workers FALL off the labor force rolls every month the true number of unemployed/underemployed workers is closer to 25 to 30 million workers. This is tantamount to the entire work age populations of TX and CA combined being unemployed.
That should put it into perspective.
