Sir Paul McCartney's cheap shot aimed at former President George W. Bush at a White House event on Wednesday has prompted House Minority Leader John Boehner to demand an apology from the Beatle.
McCartney literally gushed over President Obama throughout his East Room concert. Getting this prize would just be good enough, but getting it from this president McCartney said letting his praise trail off as if there were vast volumes left unsaid.

After the last eight years, its great to have a President who knows what a library is, McCartney quipped.
When did decorum go out of style?
Like millions of other Americans, I have always had a good impression of Paul McCartney and thought of him as a classy guy, but I was surprised and disappointed by the lack of grace and respect he displayed at the White House, Boehner told HUMAN EVENTS. I hope he'll apologize to the American people for his conduct which demeaned him, the White House and President Obama.

YouTube video of McCartney insulting President Bush at the White House.
Is there now a new standard of acceptable behavior, perhaps even urged by WH staff?
It is in a word, despicable.
My first thought, also. But it does reveal to us just how very little sirpaul really knows concerning what he's talking about.
The image of Nugent v. McCartney duking it out just makes my day! Thanks.
‘Shut up and sing little monkey!’
He wasn’t one of the Monkeys.
The closeted lesbian and the "I'm not a PBS douche, but I played one on TV 20 years ago" dude....A much coveted endorsement.
It’s nice to see this idiot taking incoming on his Facebook page.

When the American people elected a classless jackass for President.
The funny thing is that after the breakup of The Beatles, John was in an interview slamming Paul (one of many) and said that Paul’s problem was that he could never finish a song properly.
When you think about it this is very true, remember the end of the Abbey Road album? or Band on the Run?
I’m still a Beatles fan, but this guy is so far gone it’s not funny.
My first thought as well, along with the fact that he and Karl Rove??? were having a competition to see who could read the most books in a year. McCarthy's comment was totally ignorant and meant to appeal to an equally ignorant and nasty crowd.
it seems his comment is just representative from what we’ve learned about his own schooling
he has, I believe... I tried to confirm it on Google, but all I got was Paul Is Dead crap, I believe he had a face lift a couple of years ago that made him look like an old woman, very creepy.
Whats worse is the idiots that laughed at the joke. Did anyone see what Seinfelds reaction was to the joke. The video I saw cut away too soon.
Lennon and McCartney had a synergy that made the songs they wrote together better than what either could (normally) do by himself. And they provided unfettered criticism of each other’s contributions, no holds barred. For example, when McCartney came up with ‘World Without Love’, Lennon laughed at the song and mocked it, “Please lock me away...”. The Beatles never recorded it and Paul instead handed it off to Jane Asher’s brother (Peter and Gordon).
On the other side, when Lennon presented ‘Cold Turkey’ as the song he wanted for the next Beatles’ single, the horrified McCartney essentially said, “Are you nuts?” And so Lennon released the song as a solo project.
Exactly, they filtered out the other’s crap.
I believe some of those songs (Cold Turkey) are on the Beatles Anthology?
now theyre 'idols'...
we are so screwed...
The more I hear this McCartney speak, the more I like Heather Mills.
