Sen. John McCains town hall meeting reflected his packed schedule during his visit Wednesday as he ran the gamut of his campaign.
McCain, who visited Lake Havasu City for the second time in three months, spoke about several issues including immigration, health care, the economy and foreign affairs during a Town Hall meeting Wednesday afternoon at the Hampton Inn. McCains stop in Havasu followed Town Hall meetings in Clifton and Parker as well as appearances at the Lake Havasu Chamber of Commerce, Fire Station No. 2 and the grand opening of his Mohave County Campaign Office in Havasu. McCain said the visit was important so he could let the citizens know first hand his stances on issues leading into the August primary, when he faces a challenge from former Congressman J.D. Hayworth.

McCain said the problem with spending is one that will hurt future generations.
Weve mortgaged the futures of our children and committed generational theft, he said.
Ill bet you a lot of people in this room have been to tea parties. The frustration is out there and its deserved because there is a disconnect between Washington D.C. and the people. Thats why the tea parties are important.

McCain later spoke about his plans for immigration, adding that he does not support amnesty and that the answer is better border security. He also said Gov. Jan Brewer has done a great job on this issue.

McCain, who did not mention his opponents until asked, responded to Hayworths previous claims that he was more conservative than McCain.
You cant be a conservative and believe in earmarks and pork barreling which is what hes done, McCain said.

Go f- yourself, McQueeg. You were one of the $700+ Billion bailout's biggest cheerleaders!
now he is senile, another reason to put him out.
Perhaps next he’ll claim he was IN CHARGE OF the Hanoi Hilton.
McWindsock flapping that jaw again.
Short term memory is the first to go.
Arizona, please retire this old man.
He probably doesn't remember.
He wasn’t backing Amnesty, he was backing the “Banana.”
” Go f- yourself, McQueeg. You were one of the $700+ Billion bailout’s biggest cheerleaders! “
Uh, one TRILLION, inclusive ;-)
McCain deserves the all the honor of the low life liberal he is. That adds to none.
Maybe someone should ask senile Juan also about the Gods Children statements he made countless times.Worthless back stabbing Democrat is all.
McCain never considered the immigration reform “amnesty”. He gets angry when people say the path to citizenship is amnesty.
McCain has serious reality issues.
All a matter of definitions I guess.
He claimed at the time that he was fighting for amnesty during the Bush years that it wasn’t amnesty.
I have a lib-in-law that claims she (and all democrats) are not socialists - “socialism’s what they had in the Soviet Union, that’s not what democrats want”.
He’s been taking lessons in Obama.
technically, McCain and Bush claimed their AMNESTY bill was never an AMNESTY bill.
The truth would have been easier.
It is true that he always claimed his proposals (pay a fine, learn english, yadayada) wasn’t amnesty. It’s just that the rest of us knew different.
McCain: It’s time to call it quits. Go home and STFU. Thanks.
HIS GLOBALIST TRAITOROUSNESS wipes out whatever chits he earned in Hanoi.
Wholesale.
McChurian would have to confess and repent of a lot before I’d care to give him the time of day.
. . . and he’d have to implicate the bosses above him.
Not holding my breath.
GOD ALONE IS OUR REFUGE.
THE AMOUNT OF AIR-HEADEDNESS on the part of traitorous liberal idiots is incredible.
Most of their marbles have fallen out . . . if they ever had any to begin with.
