There is a whole herd of republican for profit types still in power. They don't care about anything else.

I'm seeing signs that they are moving to take over the Tea Party Movement. I may be getting a reputation for paranoia but I don't like some of the recent trends in this part of the state and I try to speak out. Some people are just so damned naive it's hard to alert them.

Don't know where you are in FL, but I am also trying to point out some “Tea Party Groups” that are STILL calling themselves Tea Party groups but are actually pushing one Primary candidate over all the others. In other words, they have "Tea Party Events" but only one particular candidate is invited to speak. If these groups are going to endorse a particular Primary candidate they should do it with input from the membership and then publicly state their endorsement.

When folks hear about a “Tea Party” event in their area they expect to get to see and/or hear the Primary candidates in that particular district. Many “Tea Party” groups openly state they are NOT ENDORSING any Primary candidate and are having events open to all the candidates in their district and/or area. That way folks can become informed and then choose the candidate they wish to support and vote for in the August Primary elections.

Once the Primary election is over, that is the time for the Tea Party groups to come together and support the conservative candidate over the Socialist candidate.
