House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) says she believes she must pursue public policies "in keeping with the values" of Jesus Christ, "The Word made Flesh."

Pelosi, who is a Catholic and who favors legalized abortion, voted against the ban on partial-birth abortion that was enacted into law in 2003.

Like robbing Peter to pay Paul, right? Jesus said that, didn’t, right after he said, if someone tries to kill your family, lay down on the ground and volunteer to be the first slain, right? Which he said right before saying you can never get into heaven unless you give everything you own to “the poor” (through the government, of course) and reduce yourself to abject poverty and become dependent on the state, right?
