As if it wasn't shameless enough to rent the house next door to the Palins in Wasilla while he works on a Palin-exposing book, liberal author Joe McGinniss starred in a Saturday Washington Post report by David Weigel about how he's a good neighbor, but he's learned that Palin's "ability to incite hatred." He might not want to ask for that cup of sugar:
McGinniss added that he had been a responsible neighbor, shooing off a pair of Minnesota tourists who stepped onto his property to take photos of the Palins' home.
"Look, this is a pain in the ass for them," he said. "I understand that. If I were her, I'd be upset. I'd be annoyed. But I'd be an adult about it, and I would figure out, okay, how can we resolve this in a way that's not going to make this into something that everybody gets obsessive about? By being here, I have learned things, and I've gotten an insight into her character, into her ability to incite hatred, that before I only knew about in the abstract."

>> ‘to Incite Hatred’
Says the turd with whom is without a sense of humor, and prone to agitating others.
Someone needs to inform of mcginniss home address and family bio. His house should be watched and photographed by a peep nearby. His personal family needs to be watched upclose, same as he is doing.
I have four words for him.
I am going to watch a movie. (I know, that's seven words and they're for you).
ROTFLOL
These people are pitful and soooooo stupid.
Let him continue to flap his gums.
"GO F**K YOURSELF!"
(I could only come up with 3.)
Right!
He’s the one inciting the hatred - and he sure can’t take his own medicine.
This video is a riot...seems he’s a bit “hysterical”

Moving in next door to someone on a journalistic Peeping Tom mission shows a profound “ability to incite hatred” ... but like most “progressives”, this asshole can do no wrong, and instead, projects his own neuroses, prejudices, and warped thinking onto others.
What I'd like to know is why he isn't considered a peeping Tom and/or a stalker.
He has deliberately moved into that house to monitor her and her families every move - and more - with the express goal of getting his career - and pocketbook - back on track - all with injurious motives.
I would think he could be so charged.
In the meanwhile, I hope the Palins have devices that can detect any surveillance devices he may be using.
Exactly. As a retired investigative reporter, that was my first thought. Why has no one tracked them down and asked them exactly what you mention.
If they rented out their home during the most 'livable' months of the year - WHY?
Have they done it before?
Did they know who they were renting too and why?
Were they paid a higher that normal rent for the area?
We want to know if THEY are sleazeballs too.
I suspicion they are by their silence. They haven't come forth to explain, which one would think they would had they been snookered.
People from Massachusetts rarely make "good neighbors"...
FOX should smoke these landlords out and do a story on them, covering their lives and reasons for causing the lost of Gov. Palin's private home life. Subject these ugly neighbors to a little harassment!
I read somewhere that this “neighbor” is someone who has been trashing the Palins, supposedly because they did some type of work for the Palins and didn’t get paid. (I find that impossible to believe.)
I bet someone other than him leased the house.
That is a possible, but the fact that nothing has been brought up about it and the people who leased it hasn’t come out and commented about how they were mislead by this guy makes me think otherwise.
