One thing I haven't read about on this story is why the neighbor who owned the house rented to this guy. Did they know him or what he was up too when the rented the house. What kind of good neighbor would do this. Apparently they did not have much regard for Gov. Palin.

Exactly. As a retired investigative reporter, that was my first thought. Why has no one tracked them down and asked them exactly what you mention.

If they rented out their home during the most 'livable' months of the year - WHY?

Have they done it before?

Did they know who they were renting too and why?

Were they paid a higher that normal rent for the area?

We want to know if THEY are sleazeballs too.

I suspicion they are by their silence. They haven't come forth to explain, which one would think they would had they been snookered.
