I think this is WAI above Sandy Burgler sort of crime. Clinton wasn’t in office when Sandy went in and did his thang. This is a sitting usurper, who is already on very thin ice. Why do you think Clinton is following him around lately like a “respected” elder statesman??? When the DNC has to send Clinton as a minder for Obama, you have to KNOW it’s bad.

The strategy should be to go after Sestak as being a liar, after all, he must be a liar because it’s not even close to the reality revealed by the Whitehouse. After hammering him like crazy for a few months he’ll either lose (in which case we have a senate seat) or he will defend himself and HE will be the one making the accusation against Obama. By then the November elections will be over.
So black presidents get to commit felonies because people are afraid of what 13% of the population might do to keep their felon in office? Not me. Let the chips fall where they may. I will not live under racial tyranny or any other kind of tyranny.

The citizen actually has very little say in whether or not the usurper gets impeached or not.
As another freeper pointed out correctly, impeachment is a political act, not a legal one. The people have no recourse other than hold their representatives accountable if they give Obama a pass
The Clintons are shrewd political operators. They are still smarting from the press treating them like Republicans during the election, but they haven’t lost sight of their goal - Hillary in the WH.
IMHO, everything they do and say is a strategy to get Hillary in the WH. Anyone who trusts the Clintons is a fool. They are power addicts, and ruthless masters at getting there.

Kucinich filed probably ten sets of impeachment papers against W. Nobody, even the more serious DSUSA moonbats, picked up on them. I would expect the same with 0.

That is the truth. It is the legacy of letting the government "educate" children. If Reagan had been able to keep his pledge to abolish the department of education. Two simple reforms:
1. Abolish the US Department of Education.
2. Net tax payers vote. No one else.
The only problem with impeachment is we’d have Biden as president. He’s a dumb as dirt but not as scary as BO.

I dont think impeachment is the right option. Republicians would appear mean spirited ganging up on the first POTUS and as mentioned we’d be stuck with Biden. Better just to beat him over the head with this issue for the next 2 1/2 years.

Official of the Government - yes Sestak is a Congressman. But he’s running for Senate. The “decision in your favor” is not in his official capacity as a Congressman, the “decision in your favor” is in his capacity as a candidate. A candidate is not an official of the government.

Not necessarily. If enough Dem congress critters place their own hide above the party to stay in office, and vote for impeachment would work too. IMHO
