Not to nitpick, but I do not like the term "citizen class". I think it hints at class war. That's Marxism, and is not part of the American consciousness. We're simply talking about patriotic Americans.

Patriotic Americans oppose Obama, because Obama is not patriotic -- he doesn't like this country. He has a third-world view of things.

He has enraged decent, normal, productive Americans. He delights the debauched, the depraved, the larcenous and the destructive.

Obama Has Enraged the “Citizen Class”

Wrong. Obama has enraged Americans.

Like everyone else, I don't know where obama was born. What I do know is that he isn't an American, not like someone who was born and raised here. He lacks the American point of view. When he speaks, he talks down to us, belittles us, our history and traditions and our contributions to the world. He came here to divide. And conquer.

He is not a unifier by nature, but that is the effect he's having on we, the opposition. He may be the worst president we've ever had, which may turn out to be the best thing that's happened to us in decades.

...Our nation is good, U.S. citizenship is distinct, and national sovereignty is non-negotiable. In a nutshell, this is the mindset, the worldview, of the citizen class. It has nothing to do with one’s ethnicity, or socioeconomic background, or sexual orientation, or gender. It has everything to do with one’s most deeply held beliefs.

Not every U.S. citizen possesses the “citizen class” view (clearly some Americans don’t understand the blessing of their status), yet a majority of us still do. And no matter how much we may disagree on other matters, those of us in the citizen class won’t budge on these three items.

And this why President Obama has enraged the citizen class. He has planted the seeds of doubt regarding our nation’s goodness, and has implied that U.S. citizenship, and national sovereignty, are irrelevant.

To our Prez I say...

Hey 0bama. Check with John Edwards - there are indeed "two Americas" ....

(1) Those of us who love our country and its role in history and (2) those followers of you who don't. Prepare for 'Change You Can Believe In'.

The louder President Obama and his party cheer, the greater the rage of the citizen class. And the citizen class won’t be ignored much longer.

Exactly......and you know why?

Because we ARE the People!

BO and his communistic ilk will never understand how a group of individuals can come together in a common cause without becoming a collective.

Hence it is that democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention; have ever been found incompatible with personal security or the rights of property; and have in general been as short in their lives as they have been violent in their deaths.

God Bless the Republic!

The radical left hates American society, so it is no surprise their POS usurper is undermining the foundations of American exceptionalism. But he’ll get his...it’s coming.

"This is not to say that we are superior people, because we are U.S. citizens."

If it's wrong to say we are, then I don't want to be right.

“...And the ‘Citizen Class’ won’t be ignored much longer...”

Is he speaking of the “citizen class” contained within that group of brilliant Independents who lean left yet claim to be above it all and middle of the road?; that part of the electorate which thinks that “big oil” is evil and anyone who makes a profit steals it? that part of the electorate which is so soaked with envy that they are willing to vote for leftists who cater to it?

The “citizen class” is slowling disappearing and instead becoming an instrument of the leftists who promote revolutionary zeal through the exploition of well-cultivated hate.

IMHO

If, by "citizen class," he intends to imply what the Preamble to the Constitution describes as "We, the People," then the article takes on a special meaning.

The Preamble's "We, the People" means that every provision and protection structured into the limitations on government contained in that Constitution are placed there by what Justice Story called "its only KEEPERS," the "People" of the United States. Every Founder understood that, and generations of Americans have understood the people/government relationship structured by America's Constitution places the people over those elected or appointed to positions of power in their government.

What we have now is a "political elitist class" trying to impose its will on "the People" whom they are intended to serve.

In America, the sovereign power and source of life, liberty, rights, and law was declared by the Founders to be the "Ruler of the Universe," "Creator," "Divine Providence," and "Supreme Judge of the World." All human power not delegated by their Constitution to the branches of government, by its own declaration, was left to the People and the States.

Today, the "political class" needs to be reminded of the appropriate order of things, and that seems to be what TEA Partiers are trying to tell them.

But I thought that Zero had all of his woes figured out for this next election by blaming Bush?!

To hear the media discuss it, the “citizen class” has already bolted from the GOP and the followers of Zero will remain in control of the House and Senate.

Senators Kyl and McCain should denounce this creep on the floor of the Senate. The Governor of Arizona should do the same from the Grand Canyon with all media present. Outrageous!

I'll say it one more time: If the GOP will get the clips of Obama and the Congressional Dems kissing up to Calderon and even giving him a standing-O after he dissed and rebuked us in his speech before Congress, and run those clips with an ad saying:

"Do you want a Congressman who agrees with a foreign leader who stands in the Capitol and publicly ridicules our nation and our laws? If not then vote for _________(Name of GOP Candidate)________.....
they will retake both Houses of Congress.

If the GOP plays it right, Calderon gave us "The" winning campaign theme.
