I doubt it.

1) The parents aren’t blond.
2) Swedes have very few children - the culture is almost as sterile as the people.
3) The Swedes - especially the power elite in Sweden - all abhor racism. They’re more than willing to role over for Kurds, Albanians and Arabs.
