Mexican senator calls for US to vote Democratic
El Universal (Mexico City) 5/20/10
Speaking from the US while part of President Calderons entourage, the president of the Mexican senate, Carlos Navarrete Ruiz, called on the Hispanic community to deliver a triumphant victory to the Democratic party in order to assist the White House in negotiating an immigration reform. The senator of the left-leaning PRD party said, I have no problem expressing that, as I see the circumstances in the US Congress, it would be useful and would serve Mexico if the migrants give a victory to the Democrats to increase the majority in congress and this will permit the reform that is needed to protect migrants. [Only five readers' comments followed this story. All accused their own politicians of meddling in US politics.]

Republicans reject Calderons request
A request by Mexicos President Felipe Calderon to re-establish prohibiting the sales of automatic assault weapons was rejected by US Republican legislators, although Democrats estimate they have the power to bring it about. Republican Senator John Cornyn said, I have much respect for President Calderon and his commitment to combat the cartels, but I dont believe that US citizens should relinquish any of their liberties in answer to problems of another country.

Mexican Army frees 55 hostages
The Mexican Army liberated 55 Central and South Americans being held captive in Reynosa, Tamaulipas. Responding to a citizen report, the soldiers found and freed the undocumented migrants and arrested six of their captors. Among the migrants were five minors and 12 women.

Increase in migrants deported
Despite Arizonas disputed law SB 1070 which is not yet in effect, the number of deportations through Nogales, Sonora, has already increased nearly threefold, according to the citys mayor, Jose Angel Hernandez Barajas. We dont have to await SB 1070, he said, the problem is already here. [From the wording of the article, and its reference to Central Americans, it would appear that the "deportations" are simply those departing south voluntarily rather than by official means.]
El Sol de Mexico (Mexico City) 5/20/10
Providence, RI The state of Rhode Island is considering legislation similar to Arizonas SB 1070. According to an official communique issued by the state, the law would authorize competent authorities to determine, during legal contact with the individual, a persons immigration status if there was suspicion that the person could be illegal. The law would also provide that if the person is illegal and is in convicted of a law violation, he would be turned over to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency. The bill was introduced by Peter G. Palumbo, a Democrat.
-end of report-
Getting as many illegal Mexicans into the US as possible is one of, if not the top priority of the Mexican government. They are shameless and will use every trick in the book to attach themselves like leaches to the US economy while doing nothing significant to improve the economic prospects of their citizens in Mexico.
US citizens had better realize what is happening, and that there will be no end to it unless it is stopped within a very few years, before it's too late to win the electoral victories that are necessary.
or watch the immigrante Television.
Yep, they have a TV channel here in central TX on one of the free antennae channels exclusively for immigrants. It is lawyers and public officials telling (in espanol)the vatos how to cheat the system and get a green card. criminals, all of ‘em.
They talk about Spanish pride? How sad that they speak the language of a foreign invader who conquered their ancestors and speak it with pride!!!
“Does the ignorant bastard even understand that only U.S. citizens are supposed to vote?”
Oh, he understands it. He just doesn’t care. MEXICO first! Screw the USA.
========================
Just here for a "better life."
May Day Marchers plotting to takeover the USA, raping and killing Americans and shooting cops.
SIGN: "You owe us America. We will shoot more Arizona police until we get free."
L/E is looking for that guy---it's a crime to threaten violence.
===========================
It took the conscience of Arizona to tell the world: things endemic to Third World savagery:
drug-running, illiteracy, serfdom, slavery, ruling elites, armed street patrols, mob rule, bribery as a way of life
do not fly here.
We have to change things so that Latin politicians and the wealthy cannot use the United States as a refuge from their rightly indignant and angry countrymen who can no longer tolerate their thefts, rapes and murders.
Their money is fine. Latins can put their money in our banks and stock markets, but their butts gotta' stay there and live in the mess they made.
Hows about EVERYONE stop doing business with Illegal Immigrants. Period. No yard man, plumbers, restaurants that habitually hire them for back of the house, no migrant workers, no nannies or housekeepers.
No hiring anyone without legal documentation. Turn in everybody you know who you may suspect is an illegal.
I’m not just talking about Mexicans. I’m talking about the whole lot of them!
I call for the Mexican middle classes and farmers to rebel.
Yes indeed, democrats do serve Mexico.

Mexicos premiere lobbyist in the U.S. Capitol
The 94th U.S.-Mexico Inter-Parliamentary Reunion will take place in Campeche, Mexico, from June 11th to the 13th. Mexican Congressman Porfirio Munoz Ledo, president of the Foreign Relations Commission (read: chairman of that congressional committee,) and Idelfonso Guajardo, also a congressman and president of the Mexico-U.S. friendship group, agreed that the meeting is the opportunity for congress members of both countries to analyze the migratory problem, in particular that in Arizona. They pointed out that the President of the United States, Barack Obama, has assumed a relevant role regarding the migratory issue in relation to law SB1070, for which reason Guajardo called Obama Mexicos premiere lobbyist in the Capitol.

Yup, this sort of thing alienates Independents in a big way.
...IF it gets media play, which it won’t.
Twenty empty launch tubes and a mushroom cloud and now it's Miller Time!
Just like the history "teacher" in SoCal who called for an armed insurrection against the US, right?
I second that.
OMG!....When will this B.S. stop?
This statement by the Mexican senator SHOULD have the results of the Zimmerman Telegraph
Not holding my breath tho
There's a sure way to wake them up. Let's get the revolution go'in.
Obama is behind all of this. The theatrics are killing me.
Mexico does indeed have a lot of influence among hispanics here. It was largely under the Mexican government’s direction millions of illegals took to U.S. streets in 2006 demanding rights. Unfortunately, the undeniable fact is that the Mexican government has an increasing “say” in the policy direction of this country. We can deny it all we want, but lax immigration and border policies don’t happen by accident.
