Big brother just got bigger. Time to start paying for stuff with cash...not that I have anything to hide, but I refuse to make it easy for a totalitarian regime to gather any info.

This will be used for death care payments, etc., along with targeting political enemies, per the IRS.

They will spend more money snooping on American Citizens, but when it comes to enforcing immigration laws, they do nothing. Yet, we keep electing this scums to congress.

Use FOIA to demand personal records they’ve acquired, then use 4th Amendment to demand purging thereof.

allowed to “use the data on branches and [individual and personal] deposit accounts … for any purpose” and may keep all records on file for at least three years and these can be made publicly available upon request.

Made public upon who's request? Can we get Brown's and Hussein's records? Oh, yeah, well, never mind.

The bill, if it becomes law, will create the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection and empower it to “gather information and activities of persons operating in consumer financial markets,” including the names and addresses of account holders, ATM and other transaction records, and the amount of money kept in each customer’s account.

Including the 1099 requirements in the health bill, the occupation government now has full control over all the finances of individual Americans. This is authoritarian fascism at the worst. This will not resolve peacefully.

Yet another secure career path for bureaucrats, who will constantly expand its scope into "other areas".
