Irate with a reporter's question on the effectiveness of the city's handgun ban, Chicago Mayor Richard Daley offered to give a first-hand lesson following the shooting of an off-duty police officer.

My heart goes out to the police officers family. I’m not sure how sticking a gun up someones butt is the answer the Mayor should have given out.

'series' I heard the Flash BOLO the CPD issued about this. They know exactly who the two others are, where they live and even where they hang out. So some LibTab Judge gave these maggots probation, or a low bail, so they were out on the streets doing what predators do, instead of being locked up.

So if it is anyone's fault that this Cop got killed, it isn't Mr Colt, Mr Smith and Wesson , Mr Baretta, or Mr Taurus, it's Mr Daley and his corrupt political cronies. Whose only fricken concern is getting votes.

Then you are doing more that Daley ever does for the Chicago Police. As Daley has utter contempt for 'his' cops' -- and the feeling is mutual. (I listen to the CPD on a scanner, like right now).
For years the CPD worked without a contract as Daley refused to even sit down with them. He threw out some asinine number and that was 'his final offer'. It finally went to 'binding arbitration' a few weeks back and the Cops got completely screwed. IIRC it was a stinking 2% raise for three years. (I wonder who picked the arbitrator?)
And then what did Daley do? .. he mocked the Cops in public, at the next press conference. He was like a schoolyard bully with; 'I told ya so, ya shoulda took my offer, ha-ha-ha.', the dam mutt.
Poster child for all that is wrong with big city/sewer democratic politics. Name one city where these filthy liberal scum have been successful?
